  • - Please ensure guard house / entry access is arranged before team arrival.
  • - 若发现特殊顽渍/重污/搬家残留需额外收费，工作人员会先行联系确认。
  • - Special stains, heavy renovation debris or extra furniture move may incur additional charges.
  • - 服务以计时为准，请在服务开始前确认预计时长；若需延长请在现场加购“加时服务”。
  • - Time-based billing applied; add additional hours if required.
  • - 本公司对服务前已有物品损坏不承担责任，请告知贵重物品放置位置并妥善保管。
